This website is operated by PurrfectRoll. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to PurrfectRoll. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.
- Products and prices. We try to show our products, colors and prices as accurately as possible. Prices are shown in your local currency and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud; if your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
2. Orders and payment. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is true and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and PayPal; we never see or store your full card details.
3. Shipping. Shipping times are estimates and are described in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control, but we will always help you track and resolve any issue.
4. Returns and refunds. Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for unused items only, as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Use of the product. Use the product only as described. Keep it away from fire and do not let pets chew or swallow it.
6. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PurrfectRoll is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
7. Changes. We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page applies to your order.
