SHIPPING POLICY

 

FREE SHIPPING on every order to the United States, Canada and Australia.

 

Processing time: orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment.

 

Delivery time: most orders arrive within 7-15 business days after processing. During holidays or peak seasons, delivery may take a little longer.

 

Tracking: as soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package.

 

Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.

 

Customs and duties: for orders to the US, Canada and Australia, customs fees are not normally charged on small parcels like ours. If any duties are charged by your country, they are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Lost or late package? If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us at purrfectroll@outlook.com and we will send a free replacement or give you a full refund.

 

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
